Mind 2 Body Massage and Day Spa

Have a bad day at work?🥴🙃 Or maybe you and your spouse just need a little time to relax🧘 THIS IS YOUR PLACE👍 You will receive a code to get the key from the lockbox to let yourself in & lock behind yourself. Your experience will include a 3 person infrared sauna, 2 zero gravity shiatsu massage chairs, 2 foot massagers, & a hand massager. Wear comfy clothing if using the sauna. There are socks provided for your use. Sanitizers & disinfectants are available and I ask that you use to clean each amenity as a courtesy to next visitor😇 Once you have completed your visit, please tidy up, disinfect equip used, place any dirty laundry in the laundry basket located by the sauna and you are ready to lock up & return the key back to the lock box. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE LOCKBOX CLOSES & LOCKS BEFORE LEAVING. DO NOT use booking calander for availability. Call or text me anytime for avail and scheduling. This massage is customized to each individual's needs. Starting out with a client assessment to determine the exact areas causing the client issues and/or pain. Once that is determined I'll explain and recommend what I believe will help most, depending on the length of time the client has chosen for his/her massage. This could include deeper massage and trigger point therapy as well as assisted stretching, heat or cryotherapy, and myofascial release/connective tissue work. Which technique and how many of them depends on the length of time he/she chooses for their massage.

This massage is both relaxing and therapeutic. It is a full body Swedish massage using light to moderate pressure ended with hot stones and warm towels.
