This could include deeper massage and trigger point therapy as well as assisted stretching, heat or cryotherapy, and myofascial release/connective tissue work. Which technique and how many of them depends on the length of time he/she chooses for their massage.

This massage is what Massage Envy and some other places consider a 1 hour massage, but charges $130 for. It is strictly a 50min swedish massage. It is extremely relaxing and will leave you floating on a cloud without breaking the bank.

This treatment is for primarily for those needing to manage pain, but prefer to leave their clothes on or those who are heavly into sports or training for competition. 30min includes your choice of upper body or lower body and 60min includes full body. This treatment is performed with the clients clothes remaining on. It is a super nice quick fix for a lot of musculoskeletal issues.

You will receive an 8 digit code to retrieve the door key from the lockbox to let yourself in. A variety of sanitizers and disinfectants are available and I ask that you use after each amenity as a courtesy to next visitor. Once you have completed your time, please tidy up after yourself, disinfect equip used, place used socks or towels in the dirty laundry basket located by the sauna, and you are ready to lock up and return the key back to the lock box (please make sure the lock box closes and locks before leaving).
